Fractional Integrator for owner-led companies

Your business doesn't need more hustle. It needs better architecture.

You built something real. Revenue's coming in, people are counting on you, and the opportunities don't stop. But it all still runs through you. Arkitekt builds the structure, accountability and weekly rhythm your company is missing. Then we run it with your leadership team until it holds.

Sound familiar?

Check the ones that sound like your last month.

You didn't do anything wrong. You outgrew the setup.

What got you here was you. Your skill, your relationships, your willingness to outwork everybody. That's how most good companies start.

But somewhere around 10 or 20 people, the thing that built the business starts holding it back. Every decision still comes to you. The team waits on you. You become the ceiling.

More hustle won't fix that. It's an architecture problem. The business needs a structure that carries weight on its own. Clear seats. Real accountability. A weekly rhythm where issues actually get solved.

Most consultants tell you what to do. We stay and help you do it.

Advice is easy. Changing how a company runs, with real people, while the work keeps moving? That's the hard part. It's the part we do.

We're not an outside voice. We're an operating partner.

The result is a company that runs on structure, not on you.

Same frame. Three ways to build it.

Every business needs a different level of help. We'll figure out which fits in the first conversation.

Your team runs it

Implement

We install the system and teach your team to run it. We facilitate the planning days and quarterly sessions, coach your leaders, and step back once it holds.

We run it with you

Integrate

We sit in the Integrator seat alongside you. We run the weekly leadership meeting, own the scorecard and priorities, and turn your vision into execution while your team grows into it.

We build it together

Partner

For a few owners, we go further: a long-term operating partner with skin in the game. By conversation only.

Bars show how involved we are day to day.

How it works.

No long proposal process. We start by looking at what's actually going on.

01

Walkthrough

A 90-minute conversation. You tell us what's happening. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help. No cost.

02

Blueprint

A focused planning session with you and your leadership team. We map direction, structure, priorities and the numbers that matter.

03

Build

Over the next few quarters, we install it. We facilitate your meetings, quarterly sessions and the hard conversations until the rhythm sticks.

04

Run

If it makes sense, we stay on as your fractional Integrator. Or your team runs it on their own. Either way, it's built to last.

Most of our work

Owner-led companies

Real revenue, a real team, and everything still runs through you. This is where most of our work happens.

Larger organizations

Divisions and regions

A leadership team that needs alignment, accountability and a rhythm that works. Plus real leadership development.

A good fit if

  • You have real revenue and more opportunity than you can keep up with.
  • You're the bottleneck and you know it.
  • You have good people who need structure, not replacing.
  • You're willing to be held accountable too.

Probably not a fit if

  • You're still figuring out what you sell.
  • You want a report, not a partner.
  • You want someone to fix your team without anything changing for you.
  • You need a quick cleanup before selling in the next 60 days.

Not sure? That's what the first conversation is for.

Jeff, founder of Arkitekt Solutions

Hi, I'm Jeff.

I've spent my career inside organizations with more opportunity than structure. I've recruited, hired and developed leaders across three states, and I run a small holding company with several operating businesses of its own. I know what it feels like when everything funnels through you.

Arkitekt came out of that. Most owners don't need another opinion. They need someone who'll walk in, see what's really going on, and help build what's missing. Then stay long enough to make sure it holds.

I work peer to peer. I'm not here to diagnose you from a stage. I'm here to sit at the table and do the work with you.

"He's always been in my corner. He's never judged me on what's happening. He just helps us figure out a better way."

Let's look at what's actually going on.

Ninety minutes. You tell me where things stand and where they're getting stuck. I'll tell you what I see and whether I'm the right person to help. If I'm not, I'll say so.

Which of these sounds most like what you're experiencing? Select all that apply.
